Hierarchy instilled by power and control often gives rise to feelings of inequality due to constructed measures of perfection, causing friction, division and feelings of unworthiness.
Working with clay, I am acknowledging and bringing into being the feminine, its complexities and adaptability to navigate change while embracing life's cyclical nature.
These expressive vessels and paintings offer a sense of humility and understanding that touch, as our most dominant sense, allows us to experience this world, where the gestures embody the feminine traces of sensuality, strength, love, care and loss.
